Our Prahran studio is designed with intention: heated timber floors, natural light from skylights, raw linen curtains, and a soundscape that shifts with the time of day. Two studios: one for movement, one for stillness.

Every teacher at SAGE holds a minimum 500-hour qualification and maintains an active personal practice.
