When Nonna Maria arrived in Melbourne in 1998, she carried two things: a suitcase of handwritten recipes and an unshakeable belief that good food brings people together.
Today, her grandchildren run the kitchen — still making pasta by hand every morning, still importing olive oil from our family's grove in Sicily, and still welcoming every guest like family.
